Hello friends! It's Marj here again. Welcome to another Project Inspiration for our 11th Challenge at cleverdexter. I have a Perfect Combo of Distress Oxide that will give you a nice background on any project that you would like to create. So, let's dive into details!
I always start making a background of any kind with a piece of White Cardstock that measures 4 x 5.25 inches just to avoid waste of paper. Then, I started with Seedless Preserves on the top left side of my card panel, next I blended it with Fossilized Amber and made sure no lines in between colors, and last I blended Worn Lipstick. I used a very light hand to apply the colors to the paper to achieve a soft transition. Then, I decided to spritz some Water combined with White Perfect Pearls then dry it with the help of my heat tool. This White Perfect Pearl and Water combo makes your project shimmer and shine and will be a good dimension to any project of yours.
Next, I printed and cut Patty Pumpkin Head Image #85 using my Cricut Machine and added some color using Arteza Ever Blend Markers. Isn't she adorable even with those gloomy eyes? I love coloring her and her Pumpkin Head. So Sassy and Chic! Did you notice there's a knife sticking out on her Pumpkin Head?
To assemble the scene, I adhered the colored background to a 4.25 x 5.5 white card base. Then, I added a foam tape to Ms. Patty Pumpkin Head to popped her up a little bit and adhered it to the side. For the sentiment, I used Hello from Digi Stamp Creepy Cute Sentiments Banners and Badges Image #514. I cut several of the word Hello from a White Cardstock and stacked 4 of them. Then, to make it pop, I added some Yellow Ochre color (A9432) and left a small white part of the word. I adhered it sideways to the right side of the card for a change and we're done!
