Hello, my crafty friends!

How are you all doing? Hope all is well with all of you.

Today, I am sharing a simple but elegant card featuring the Jane Doodles Stamp Set.

To start, I cut a piece of white cardstock to 5 1/4 by 4 inches as my card panel and black cardstock to 5 1/2 by 4 1/4 inches as my base.

To make the background of the card, I use the blending technique. I started first with Ripe Persimmon then blend it with Wild Honey then I apply a little bit of Dusty Concord and blend with Worn Lipstick. All are Distress Inks from Ranger.

Then, I stamped the image with Ranger Dye InkPad Raven to a white piece of cardstock using the masking technique. To color the flowers, first I started with Pale Red then blend with Pale Orange of Artist Loft Colored Pencils. For the darker color at the center of the flower, I use a combination of Red and Light Orange then for the Pistil I use Dark Orange.

To have a dimension, I fussy cut the flowers and added a foam tape at the back to lift it up a bit. Then for the sentiment, I used Stampin' Up Paper Pumpkin May Good Things Grow March Kit 2018. Adhere the card panel to the base and were done!

I hope you enjoyed today's card! Have a wonderful day!

Hello, my crafty friends!

How are you all doing? Hope all is well with all of you.

Today's card is all about friends. A friend who is hard to find, harder to leave and impossible to forget. We all have a friend whom we got lost in touch with but even though we still think about them and reminisce the past. We all hope that we can see and bond again to enjoy each others company.

This card doesn't need any embellishment at all. To start with, I created a mask for several images for this card. Then stamped the image with Ranger Dye InkPad Raven to a piece of white cardstock cut to 5 1/4 by 4 inches as card panel.

After stamping the image to the card panel, first I started coloring the flowers with Light Purple, Light Violet, Purple, and Violet from Artist Loft Colored Pencils. Then with Light Green and Emerald Green, I use it to color the leaves.

Next, I stamped with Ranger Dye InkPad Jelly for the sentiment. Then as an embellishment to the card, I did some paint splatters. Adhere the card to the base to finish it off.

Hope you enjoyed today's card. Have a wonderful day!

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome!

Today, I am sharing another card I made using Jane Doodles Hibiscus Stamp. I'm so in love with this gorgeous stamp set.

So let's begin.

First, I cut a piece of white cardstock to 5 1/4 by 4 inches. Started stamping my images all over the card. Next, I color them with Light Blue, Ocean Blue and to make a little darker on one side of the flower I use a combination of Blue and Dark Blue. Then with the stem of the flower, I used Light Purple and Purple. Next, for the leaves, I first color it with Light Green then Yellow Green.

To complete the look of the card, I use my Zig Millenium by Kuretake to put dots on some blank space and add some interest.

To add the sentiment, I stamped Simon Says Stamp Kind Flowers November 2017 Kit on a piece of white cardstock using Broken China Distress Ink by Ranger. Then, I decided to put it on a piece of black cardstock and add a foam tape and adhere it to the card panel and place it on the black card base.

That is all for today! Have an excellent day!

Thank you for stopping by!
