Hi friends! I'm glad you're back here again. Hope all of you are doing fine and staying safe with this pandemic that we are in.

Today, I have another card to share using Casetta DiChicca's Digital Image My Dreams. This image is super cute and easy to work with. With my card today, I decided to used the pre-colored version as it always come in handy. You can make as many cards or any project if you used any pre-colored image.

Casetta DiChicca's Digital Images are very inexpensive and they always come in 2 sets, a non-color version which if you love to color, you can use either your color pencil, alcohol markers, watercolor or any other mediums you prefer and craft as please. They also have the pre-colored version which is really super duper cute and so handy.

So let's get started!

When it comes to digital, all you have to do is resize the image and print it with any paper you prefer. So, that is what I did first. I always print a bunch to an 8.5 x 11 inches cardstock and fussy cut each. If you're like me, I always prefer to have a little white border on each image, it looks more appealing and as if you use a corresponding metal die to cut the image but I only used my scissor but you can always use any cutting machine if you like. I have one myself but I prefer to cut it with my scissors as it is relaxing and it's a lot faster when you're making one project only.

Next, I cut a piece of 8.25 x 5.25 inches white cardstock from Cardstockwarehouse. This will be my card base, I then scored at 2 inches and 4 inches. I ink blended some Hampton Arts Inkpad to have some color and dimension on each side of the paper. Then, I added a strong glue to my Little fairy image and attached it to the card front. After that, I folded it so I know where exactly should I place my second image. As you can see, when you open the card it is on the right direction of the jar.

For the sentiment, I used Pink Fresh Studio's Believe Word Series Stamp set and stamped it directly to my card front and one on the inside of the card on top of the jar. (See photo above). Isn't she adorable?! :) To finish it off, I added it to my Blue card panel from Recollections that measures 8.5 x 5.5 inches. I also added some 3D stars for some dimension. And we are done! That's how easy it is!

I hope you like what I made today and will give it a try.

Thank you for stopping by! Stay safe and I'll see you again next time!

Hi friends! I'm glad you're here again. Today, I'll be sharing a card I made for the Mid Month Reminder of the Clever Dexter Challenge and I'm using the image provided by our lovely sponsor Polkadoodles. They have a lot of gorgeous digital stamps and they also have some clear stamps that you can check out!

My card today is very easy to put together as I am using a pre-colored Digital stamp Winnie Sunshine Delight. Let's begin!

First, I printed it in a Recollections White Cardstock and fussy cut it leaving a little white border. I always love leaving a white border. This way it stands out the focal image on my project.

ree

Then, I cut a piece of White cardstock from Cardstockwarehouse that measure 4.25 x5.5 inches. This will be my card base. Next, I cut another piece using a patterned paper from DCWV and this will be my card panel. I attached it to my card base using Alene's glue. I usually use a strong glue to make sure that the panel is adhered properly but I also use double sided tape sometimes. Using a glue helps me adhered it perfectly on all sides as you can easily move it where exactly you wanted it before putting a pressure onto the paper. As we all know, when we use double sided tape once you adhered to the paper it tends to rip the paper off so you'll have to make another piece where you need to place your panel.

ree

The next thing I did is get a piece of Light Blue Doily. I cut a little piece on the left side of the doily before attaching it to the card panel. This is another way to add dimension to any project you might think of.

After that, I added a few strips of double sided tape to the back of our cute image and then attached it to the top of our doily. For our sentiment, I used Simon Says Stamp Clear Amazing Stamp Set. I stamped it to a piece of white cardstock using Scrapbook.com Black Hybrid Ink. To add a little bit more dimension, I took a piece of Black cardstock and added it to the white cardstock with sentiment then put a strong glue and attached it next to our focal point.

To finish it off, I added few Studio Katia Crystal Clear Fusion Sequins. We are all done!

Thank you again for stopping by and hope you enjoy my creation. Don't forget to stop by at CleverDexter.com and enter your creation. You might be our lucky winner!

See you again next time!

Hi friends! Welcome back and I'm glad you're here! Did you see the March Member's Exclusive 2021 called Rainy Days of Oddball? Aren't they cute? As we all know Spring started last Saturday and we all know during spring time there's rain, plenty of rain.

This card is so simple to make. I first printed out my images and then started to color them using my Arteza Colored Pencils. I didn't do any fancy coloring I just made sure to highlight and give shadow to each images. I used brown for 2 plant pots and the other one is light pink just to give a little bit of variation. Then, colored the plants mostly green. I just love seeing green as it is my favorite color. After that, I fussy cut them one at a time and added a little white border.

For the background, I used Rubber Ducky Hybrid Ink from Scrapbook.com and my handmade stencil. I decided to use this stencil to set a scene of sunshine although as I mentioned earlier we get lots of rain during spring time. But I think It is very appropriate as well and it really give life to the images. I used my heat tool to dry the ink faster after making my background so I can add my sentiment.

For the sentiment, I used Simon Says Stamp Hello Darling. I stamped it directly on the right sight of my card panel using Scrapbook.com Black Hybrid Ink . This stamp set has full of beautiful sentiments that you can use on any occasion.

To assemble the card, I used wet glue to the card panel and adhered it to the card base. Then, added some foam tape to the cute digis and arrange them in the middle for them to get some sunshine. For decoration, I added a few sequins and we're done.

I hope even with this card, I gave you a little of sunshine on your way.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope to see you again next time.
