Have you seen some sleeping elf babies? Let me show you my latest project using Stampers Delights Sleeping Elf Babies. They are so cute while they're sleeping. I haven't seen one in person but I'm glad I was able to color these beauties!!!

For my project, I decided not to put any sentiment as this can be used on any occasion. They are so adorable and can't get my eyes off of them.

To know more about how I made this card, let's get into it...

I normally start my process by printing the image that I will be working on but today I started by making my card base and panel first.

I started with an A2 card base and then I matted it with a pattern paper that measures 4 x 5.25 inches. To adhere, I used a strong glue and let it sit to dry.

Next, I went to my computer and started to see how big I want for the image. I opened the Word Document and then added the Sleeping Elf Babies and resized it to my liking.

After that, I printed them and started coloring using my Arteza Ever Blend Ultra Art Markers. Applying from the darkest to lightest color. This way you will see some depth and it will show the colors I used.

I used the following colors:

Flowers/Leaves - (Boy side) - B06 (Sky Blue), B17 (Baby Blue), and BG19 (Pale Aqua Blue)

Flowers/Leaves - (Girl side) - Y12 (Sunflower Yellow), Y03 (Narcissus Yellow), and YR19 (Cream Pearl)

Boy's Hair - BR41 (Goldstone Red), BR34 (Light Clay Brown), and BR47 (Pastel Orange)

Clothing - G17 (Mantis Green) and G09 (Pomelo Green)

Girl's Hair - R43 (Fig Red), R35 (Aurora Pink), and R36 (Peony Pink)

Clothing - A601 (Quartz White)

Skintone - A9426 (Pale Peach)

After applying all the colors, I fussy cut them and left some white border all around. Then, add some double-side tape and adhere it to the front of the card.

Hi friends! Are you getting for the Holidays? How's the weather in your area? Is it snowing already? Well, at least you'll have a white Christmas then.

Today's project inspiration is snother Digital stamp from Stampers Delights. This is such a fun scene and I'm glad I chose this stamp and it's called Xmas Scene.

Step by tep on how I made this card:

  1. Trim a piece of blue cardstock to 4.25 by 5.5 inches.

  2. Cut a piece of pattern paper to 4 x 5.25 inches and attach it to the card front using strong glue.

  3. Print the digital image to white cardstock.

  4. Colored using Arteza Ever Bled Ultra Art Markers and fussy cut leaving a narrow border and attache to the card front using strong glue.

  5. Highlight the hair using Arteza Colored pencils.

  6. Cut the sentiment and layer it to the blue cardstock. Attach on the upper left of the card front using double sided tape.

  7. Using a white gel pen, I added it all over the card that looks like it is snowing.

Thank you for stopping by and I hope what I made today.

Challenges:

Hello crafty friends! Today, we are celebrating a new release for Stampers Delights Anime. This is such a beautiful and fun image to work with and it's name is Sweet Angel.

Let's get started...

For my project, I started by making the background first. I cut a piece of 3.5 x 7 inches white cardstock. Then, got my cloud stencil and few dye inks. I started ink blending from the top with a light hand all the way down. To achieve a nice blending and no harsh lines, I used an ink blending tool.

After achieving the looks of my background. I got some gold/copper paint and a small brush added some splatter all over it. I let it dry for a little bit while working on the next part of the card.

As you can see, I used a non-common color of clouds for a change. We normally see colorful and bright colors and I do love that but I would like to have my image stand out. With that being said, it really did stand out!

Next, I started coloring my image using my favorite alcohol marker Arteza. After applied the colors, I used my colored pencils with the same company to add some highlights.

Once done, I fussy cut and added some double-sided tape for some dimensions.

After that, I die cut 2 frames and added them to the front of the card then adhered my image inside it.

Lastly, I printed the sentiment to white cardstock and added it to the front bottom center of the card.

I hope you were inspired by my project. Don't forget to visit Stampers Delights website to check out all the amazing digital stamps and as well as clear stamps.
